About Holiday H. Russell, P.A.

Holiday Russell is a native Floridian born in Hallandale Beach, Florida. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Florida International University in 1989, and his Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University in 1992. While in law school at Nova Southeastern, Mr. Russell served as Editor-in-Chief of the Nova Law Review, and he was the winner of the Martin H. Feinreider Freshman Moot Court Competition. He also competed in national moot court competitions including that at the John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois. He was awarded Book Awards (highest grade awards) in areas including Federal Civil Procedure and Contracts.

Mr. Russell was admitted to practice law by the Florida Supreme Court on September 28, 1992. He served as an associate attorney at several major law firms in Miami-Dade County, Florida during the early years of his practice, and then as an associate attorney at Berger Singerman LLP until forming his own law practice in 2000. Mr. Russell has practiced as a Sole Practitioner continuously since 2000. As an attorney with decades of experience, Mr. Russell has represented a diversity of individual and corporate clients in an array of dispute resolution settings. He has tried many cases in Florida state and Federal Courts, both jury and non-jury, and has handled myriad evidentiary matters covering a wide expanse of Florida law.
